The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete forming and finishing, with the ability to work effectively on various construction sites. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner. Responsibilities Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications. Mix, pour, and spread concrete using appropriate tools and techniques. Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools to achieve desired texture and appearance. Install masonry elements, including bricks, blocks, and stones as needed. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on the construction site. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and flooring installers, to ensure project success. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in concrete finishing with heavy equipment operation and safety practices on construction sites. Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to concrete work. Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately.
