This role is vital in ensuring that all concrete work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Concrete Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, review technical drawings, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will drive project success from foundation to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity. This is a position that requires a lot of out of state work. Responsibilities Supervise and manage concrete crews, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within project specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide team activities accurately. Coordinate construction schedules to optimize workflow. Ensure adherence to federal and local construction safety regulations, including OSHA standards, through ongoing safety training and supervision. Review construction drawings and technical documents for accuracy and clarity before execution. Oversee quality control measures to guarantee concrete work meets industry standards and client expectations. Lead team meetings to communicate daily goals, safety protocols, and project updates effectively. Experience Proven experience in heavy civil or industrial concrete construction projects with a strong background in supervising teams on-site. Extensive knowledge of daily construction logs and construction management practices including blueprint reading, and pre planning. Familiarity with construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards and federal construction safety protocols. Hands-on experience. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and technical specifications accurately. Strong leadership skills with experience managing crews in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
