Duties Assist in interpreting construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and saws to perform tasks like concrete pouring, cutting, and finishing Install rebar and metal stud framing according to technical drawings and safety protocols Construct formwork for concrete structures and ensure proper alignment and stability during pouring processes Perform tasks related to heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Execute finishing tasks including plastering, stucco application, caulking, tile laying, and concrete finishing techniques Follow construction workplace safety regulations diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with all safety protocols Experience Proven experience working on construction projects with a solid understanding of construction site operations Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately Hands-on experience with concrete forming, pouring, cutting, finishing, and pumping techniques Familiarity with heavy machinery operation including concrete mixers and power tools Strong understanding of safety regulations specific to construction workplaces Ability to perform carpentry tasks such as metal stud framing and formwork construction confidently Prior experience in rebar installation, tile laying, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and working with construction plans Embark on a rewarding career where your skills build more than structures — they build communities!
