Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage field crews on various concrete construction projects. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with project management and clients.Responsibilities:
- Perform and verify layout, elevations, and site measurements
- Supervise and lead a crew (minimum of 2 workers)
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure productivity on site
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Communicate effectively withy project managers, inspectors, and clients
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot field issues and make real-time decisions
- Oversee concrete operations including forming, rebar, and placement
- Perform grading and ensure proper elevations are achieved
- Run projects with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of concrete construction experience
- Strong knowledge of layout, elevations, grading, and field execution
- Proven ability to run and interpret blueprints and plans
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in the field
- Must be reliable and able to commute to job sites
Additional Information:

Pay:
$28.00- $40.
