Location:

Pomona, California (with travel to job sites throughout Southern California and occasional Northern California)•Growing precast concrete installation company looking for an experienced Field Superintendent to own operations and help scale from one crew to three. We're CFI — Concrete Fence Installers — a specialty contractor based in Pomona that manufactures and installs engineered precast concrete wall and fence systems for GCs, developers, and municipalities. We're good at what we do, our clients come back, and we're expanding fast. We need someone to run field operations while we grow.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You own the job sites. You manage crew leads, drive daily production, manage schedule and budget on your jobs, talk directly with GCs and engineers, solve problems before they become disasters, and build a field operation that works. You work on-site most days. You're comfortable making decisions and being responsible for the outcome. You're the person a GC wants to call when something needs to happen. You're not managing paperwork; you're managing people and production. You report directly to the

CEO. WHO WE THINK YOU ARE

Five to ten years managing field operations in concrete, masonry, fence, or similar specialty trade work. You've moved up from foreman to superintendent because you're good at thinking ahead and managing people, not just because you're skilled with tools. You've run two to four crews or managed large jobs solo. You understand labor productivity, material flow, and job budgeting — not because you're an accountant, but because you care about doing the work right and profitably. You communicate professionally with GCs and engineers. You solve problems independently and tell me what you did, not ask me what to do.

COMPENSATION

$90,000•125,000 per year depending on experience and capability, plus vehicle allowance or company truck, fuel reimbursement, phone allowance, and quarterly performance bonus opportunity up to $15,000+.
