In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail treatments, while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in color theory, nail art, and current trends will help clients achieve their desired look. Duties Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Provide consultations to understand clients' preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Educate clients on nail care routines, aftercare, and available retail products to enhance their experience Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client satisfaction and revenue Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and beauty techniques Manage retail sales effectively by promoting products that complement services offered Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care required Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician in a professional setting Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently Skilled in advanced techniques such as gel application, acrylics, nail art, and color blending Familiarity with hair extensions, hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively using retail math skills and customer service excellence Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling strategies to boost revenue Join us to bring beauty and confidence to every client you serve!
