Hemet, CA Job Details Full-time $30.00 - $38.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Rebar installation Concrete finishing Concrete work Concrete forming Grading Loader operation Power tools Concrete pumping Skid steer loader Hand tools Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking an experienced concrete finisher who can also operate a skid steer and mini excavator. Applicants must be comfortable working independently and completing projects from site preparation through finishing. Duties Finish concrete surfaces with precision, including smoothing, troweling, and texturing to meet blueprint specifications and project standards Operate skid steer loaders and mini excavators safely and efficiently for excavation Assist in concrete pouring, placement, and finishing processes Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately Install rebar reinforcement and construct formwork according to safety protocols and project requirements Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing concrete forms Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for all team members Experience Proven experience in concrete finishing, including working with concrete mixers, pouring, cutting, and finishing techniques Hands-on experience operating skid steer loaders and mini excavators on construction sites Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpretation of technical drawings, and understanding of construction plans Background in working on heavy-duty construction projects involving rebar installation, formwork construction, metal stud framing, and concrete pumping Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, concrete cutting equipment, and other machinery used in the trade To be considered, please submit your resume or a brief summary of your concrete-finishing and equipment-operating experience.
Pay:
$30.00 - $38.50 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
