Overview Arizona Pipeline Company is seeking an experienced and dependable Concrete Foreman to supervise and coordinate concrete crews and daily field operations. This position is responsible for directing crew activities, assigning work, maintaining productivity, and ensuring projects are completed safely and according to project requirements. Responsibility The position consists of but is not limited to the following duties: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of concrete crews Plan, assign, and oversee work to ensure safe and efficient project completion Oversee concrete preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, and repair activities Set up and remove concrete forms and prepare work areas for concrete placement Monitor workmanship to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations Operate construction equipment and company vehicles as trained and authorized Maintain tools, equipment, and clean and organized job sites Provide direction and support to crew members Ensure compliance with company policies and job-site safety procedures Perform hands-on field duties as needed to support the crew and project Requirements Previous concrete and construction experience required Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, repair, and restoration Ability to effectively lead and communicate with field crews Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying conditions Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules based on project needs Strong commitment to workplace safety

Schedule:
