Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Equipment Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers in the construction industry. You will work closely with the Director of Sales Management to develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving a pickup truck with tow-behind trailer Demonstrating equipment to customers Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with potential customers in the construction industry Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty Understand the needs and requirements of customers and recommend the appropriate construction equipment and services to meet those needs Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively Display at industry trade shows and events to network and promote our products and services Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management
Requirements:
Knowledge of concrete surface preparation and polishing equipment is preferred but not required. Training on our specific products will be provided.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
