Concrete Laborer Location:

This role performs various tasks associated in production of concrete products and has a close working relationship with the production Supervisor/crews.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow supervisor instructions and daily SOPs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Perform concrete finishing tasks using hand and power tools. Assist with form setup, rebar installation, and pre-pour inspections. Read production schedules and drawings to ensure proper setup. Help with concrete placement and finishing per quality standards. Operate or assist with cranes, forklifts, and other equipment. Clean plant areas using assigned tools. Wear required PPE at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Work safely and follow all company policies. Great team player Can be exposed to hot and cold weather. Ability to read and interpret production drawings. Proficient in utilizing tape measures and basic hand tools including, but not limited to trowels, hammers, wrenches, chisels, power tools, etc.
