We take pride in delivering clean, professional, high-quality installations and are looking to add a hardworking Helper/Assistant Installer to our growing team. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to assist our lead installers with concrete preparation and coating applications. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn a specialized trade in decorative concrete. Responsibilities Assist lead installer with surface preparation Power washing and acid washing concrete surfaces Mixing, carrying, and preparing materials Assisting with application of stains, sealers, and epoxy coatings Job site clean-up and equipment maintenance Loading and unloading tools and materials Requirements Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods) Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer On-the-job training in a specialized trade Opportunity for growth within the company Consistent work across Southern California Competitive pay based on experience Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (occasional weekends depending on projects)
