You will manage onsite field activities, ensuring structural integrity and precise compliance with strict engineering specifications. How You Will Make an Impact

• Direct onsite crews to ensure precise execution of concrete flatwork and wall structures.
• Coordinate daily project schedules to maintain strict alignment with federal timelines and budgets.
• Oversee concrete mix deliveries and placement to guarantee compliance with project guidelines.
• Inspect ongoing formwork and reinforcing steel setup to ensure total structural integrity.
• Resolve real-time technical placement challenges on the jobsite to prevent costly project delays.
• Mentor field crew members to elevate workmanship standards and reinforce strict safety protocols.
• Enforce all federal construction safety compliance regulations across active outdoor project zones. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Comprehensive, in-depth understanding of concrete installation workflows from flatwork to wall systems.
• Strong internal drive and proven ability to manage site operations autonomously as a self-driven leader.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of your working hours to national project locations.
• Direct capability to lead outdoor field personnel under variable weather and environmental conditions. Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of related work experience specifically within concrete construction or field supervision.
