Specializing in residential construction, we manage projects from excavation to final handover. Responsibilities Include:
Set up and align concrete forms based on blueprints and project specs Pour and finish concrete with hand and power tools Install rebar and reinforcement materials Deliver high-quality finishes for both interior and exterior surfaces Interpret site plans and work effectively with crew members Uphold safety standards and job site protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Operate with a mechanical mindset for smarter, faster work
Qualifications:
Proven experience in concrete form setting and finishing OR willingness to learn our methods Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans Must have own tools and valid driver's license Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset
