In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality concrete finishing, formwork consisting of walls and flatwork, and related tasks that bring construction projects to life. Your expertise will help ensure that concrete surfaces are smooth, durable, and meet precise specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial construction project in Boone, CO. Responsibilities Pour, spread, screed, level, and finish concrete Use hand and power tools to achieve specified finishes Build, set, and secure concrete forms Install reinforcing steel and other reinforcement materials Assist with forming and pouring concrete walls Safely work at heights and climb wall forms as required Operate construction equipment when qualified Lift and move construction materials and equipment Assist with site preparation and cleanup Work with the crew to maintain project schedules Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite Requirements Previous concrete finishing and forming experience required Experience with reinforced concrete walls preferred Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day Dependable transportation to the Boone, Colorado area Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team Drug-free environment to ensure your safety as well as the teams safety Join our team if you're passionate about building durable structures with precision craftsmanship!
