Duties Set up and assemble concrete formwork systems, including Gates Concrete Forming System components Install rebar reinforcement within formwork to strengthen concrete walls, adhering to safety protocols and engineering standards Operate power tools, hand tools to facilitate efficient form construction, concrete pouring, and finishing processes Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces with attention to detail for smoothness and durability while following safety regulations Coordinate with team members on heavy lifting, material handling, and site logistics to maintain a safe and productive work environment Requirements Proven experience in concrete forming systems, specifically Gates Concrete Forming System preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical systems related to formwork setup and operation Hands-on experience with rebar installation, concrete pouring, finishing techniques, and concrete cutting Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, work at heights if needed, and stand for extended periods during project execution Looking for field workers and foreman for both flatwork and building walls—apply today!
