Responsibilities include:

Physically demanding construction work and light equipment maintenance Minimum requirements :

• Mechanically inclined/good with hands & tools
• Detail-oriented with good analytical problem-solving skills
• Basic Measuring Tape reading and math skills are a must.
• Valid CT driver's license
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivation is critical to success in this position
• MUST be honest and have integrity
• MUST be responsible and reliable
• MUST be capable of performing a physically demanding job and able to lift 75 lbs.
• MUST be capable of working on your knees
• MUST have schedule flexibility for weekly traveling

Pay for Cutting Technician Varies based on experience and familiarity with equipment but $25 is $45 is common with experience for local work. For Massachusetts prevailing-wage projects, pay is ~$55-59 an hour, up to ~$75+ for full-scale mechanics (experienced cutters).
