Job Description

STAFFWORKS GROUP
is seeking reliable Concrete Laborers to support commercial and industrial projects for our clients. In this role, you will assist with site preparation, concrete placement, leveling, finishing, and cleanup while following safety standards. Duties include moving and setting forms, loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, and working closely with foremen and crew members. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced, on-site role with opportunities for steady work, skill development, and advancement through our supportive, people-first staffing team. Responsibilities Assist with concrete placement, leveling, finishing, and curing on job sites Set, secure, and strip forms according to project specifications Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely Operate basic hand and power tools related to concrete work Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times Support foremen and crew members with general construction tasks Report site issues, hazards, or equipment concerns promptly Required Skills Concrete mixing and placement Form setting and stripping Use of hand and power tools Surface leveling and finishing Reading basic construction plans Site preparation and cleanup Material handling and staging Safety procedures and PPE use Concrete curing techniques Basic equipment operation
