Proven experience working on construction projects with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades such as masonry or plastering Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, floats, caulking guns, and other finishing tools Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, climbing scaffolding or ladders, and performing repetitive tasks Additional skills in pool construction and renovation work are a plus but not required This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills within the construction industry while contributing to impactful projects.
