Forming, prep work, rod busting, and concrete finishing experience preferred. Responsibilities Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute concrete forms and layouts. Install rebar reinforcement and construct formwork to support concrete placement according to specifications. Coordinate with team members to perform concrete pouring, screeding, troweling, and curing operations for optimal results. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment used in concrete finishing and construction work. Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans accurately is a plus . Proficiency in concrete forming, cutting, pouring, finishing, and curing techniques. Knowledge of rebar installation, formwork construction, and masonry fundamentals. Ability to operate power tools such as mixers, saws, drills, and heavy machinery safely. Hands-on experience working on diverse construction projects including renovation and heavy lifting tasks. Competence in using hand tools for detailed finishing work like troweling or surface smoothing. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when necessary.

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
