Concrete Finisher

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling, and setting forms
• Pour and spread concrete to specified depth and consistency
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools or power tools
• Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces
• Repair, renovate, or replace damaged concrete structures
• Read blueprints, schematics, or construction drawings to determine layout and specifications
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Skills:

• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Experience in tile laying, plastering, caulking, and other related skills
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
• Strong carpentry skills for formwork construction
• Capable of heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes
