Position Type:

Full-Time, Hands-on Leadership Position Summary We are seeking a high-energy Working Concrete Foreman to lead a 4-5 person crew specialized in municipal sidewalk and concrete replacement projects throughout Southwest Florida. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" leadership role; you won't just be watching from the truck—you will be working alongside your team to ensure every pour meets our standards for quality and efficiency. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$75,000 - $82,000 (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities Field Leadership:

Manage daily operations, crew productivity, and workflow for municipal concrete projects.

Technical Execution:

Read blueprints/plans and perform precise layouts for sidewalks, ADA ramps, and flatwork.

Project Management:

Coordinate material deliveries, equipment staging, and daily scheduling to hit production targets.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure all work passes municipal inspections and maintain a strict culture of jobsite safety and compliance.

Reporting:

Submit daily logs, material quantities, and jobsite photos via mobile reporting tools. Project Scope Sidewalk removal and replacement ADA ramps and detectable warning panels Curb and gutter installation General municipal concrete flatwork

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in concrete construction with a proven track record in a Foreman or Crew Lead role.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of municipal or FDOT-style specifications.

Equipment:

Proficiency in operating skid steers, concrete saws, and standard finishing tools.

Certifications:

Valid Driver's License required (CDL is a major plus). MOT Certification is preferred but not required.

Leadership:

Ability to motivate a crew, solve problems on the fly, and maintain a professional demeanor with inspectors and the public.
