Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Commercial Concrete Foreman and lead the charge in delivering high-quality concrete projects across commercial developments. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can manage crews, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on every project site. As a key player in our construction management team, you will coordinate activities, interpret technical drawings, and drive project schedules to successful completion. Your expertise will help shape impressive structures while fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. Duties Supervise and manage concrete crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to guide onsite activities and ensure accuracy Coordinate construction schedules using Procore to meet deadlines and optimize workflow Oversee quality control processes, including material testing with tools like ohmmeters and ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards Work alongside Form Carpenters, Rod Busters, and Concrete Finishers to ensure all prep work is completed accurately and quickly Conduct safety meetings, and maintain a safe work environment for all team members Attend concrete pours to ensure accuracy of form work during pours. Skills Extensive experience in heavy civil or commercial concrete construction with proven supervisory capabilities Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera P6, or Primavera for scheduling and documentation Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols (OSHA), and quality assurance practices Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting rebar and steel shop drawings, and managing construction drawing reviews Excellent communication skills for managing teams effectively, coordinating schedules, and liaising with clients or stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Hands-on experience with construction site operations including form carpentry, tying rebar, setting anchor bolts/ embeds, pouring concrete foundations and slabs, and tilt wall experience.
