Concrete Pump Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate a Mayco trailer pump to efficiently and safely pump concrete at various construction sites, ensuring smooth project progress from foundation to finishing. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality concrete placement, supporting the successful completion of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Duties Operate concrete Mayco line pump to deliver concrete accurately and efficiently on-site Coordinate with construction crews to determine the best placement of concrete, ensuring precise delivery according to project specifications Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of concrete pumps and related machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment at various job sites, including connecting hoses, calibrating pumps, and securing safety barriers Support other heavy equipment operations such as loader, excavator, or dump truck as needed for site preparation and material handling Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations to maintain a secure working environment Maintain detailed logs of pump operation, maintenance activities, and site conditions for project documentation Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as concrete pumps, loaders, excavators, and dump trucks Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring techniques, and finishing processes Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly Prior experience working on commercial or large-scale construction projects is highly desirable Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming, paving, and general construction practices is a plus Join us in building strong foundations—literally! Pay:
