Jacksonville, FL Compensation:

Commission only — no base salary Paint All Stars is looking for an experienced salesperson who can build trust with homeowners, prepare accurate estimates, and close profitable projects. We provide interior and exterior painting, cabinet painting, and concrete floor coatings throughout Jacksonville and surrounding communities. We are building a company with documented sales processes, professional training materials, and clear performance expectations. If you have experience selling painting, flooring, roofing, windows, remodeling, or other home improvement services, we would like to speak with you. Candidates with strong results in other consultative sales roles are also encouraged to apply. In this role, you will: Contact prospective customers and conduct in-home consultations. Inspect and measure projects and prepare accurate estimates using company pricing and scope standards. Explain service options, paint packages, and approved financing options. Present proposals, answer questions, and follow up consistently. Maintain complete customer records and follow-up activities in DripJobs. Develop additional opportunities through referrals and networking. Provide clear project details and expectations to the production team. Your commission opportunity Earn an effective 9% of qualified net sales on company-generated leads at the full commission tier. Earn 10% of qualified net sales on approved self-generated leads at the full commission tier. Full commission rates apply to jobs achieving at least 45% final gross margin . Lower-margin jobs receive reduced or no commission under the written compensation plan. Qualified net sales are based on completed, customer-approved, collected work after the deductions specified in the agreement. Approved commissions are ordinarily paid weekly after job costs and other commission requirements are verified.

Earnings example:

$75,000 in monthly qualified net sales from company-generated leads at the full 9% rate produces $6,750 in commission . This is an illustration, not guaranteed income. Actual earnings depend on sales results, job margins, completion, and collections.

Painting sales experience is preferred. A strong home improvement salesperson who is willing to learn our services will also be considered.
