Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish. This dynamic role involves managing on-site teams, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of concrete work, project management software, and safety regulations. As a Concrete Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects on time, within scope, and with exceptional craftsmanship. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide construction activities accurately Review construction drawings and schematics for accuracy and clarity before execution Enforce OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment Manage quality control processes, including inspections and testing with tools like ohmmeters and ensuring compliance with construction regulations Oversee crew management, including training, performance evaluations, and resolving on-site issues promptly Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials such as pipelines or other specialized components Monitor project budgets and assist in construction estimating to optimize resource allocation Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work meets specified standards Requirements Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction projects with a focus on concrete work Extensive construction site experience with supervision of teams in a fast-paced environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Familiarity with OSHA standards, federal safety regulations, and construction safety management practices Skilled in project scheduling, construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control procedures Excellent managerial communication skills for managing teams effectively and coordinating multiple aspects of the project Valid experience supervising crews in managing schedules for complex projects involving pipelines or other infrastructure elements Knowledge of construction regulations applicable to commercial projects; ability to interpret technical specifications confidently Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters; familiarity with managing construction safety on-site is essential Join us if you're ready to lead impactful projects with energy and precision!
