ABOUT COASTAL BUILT
Coastal Built Contracting specializes in structural concrete repair, concrete restoration, exterior repair, waterproofing, sealants, masonry, stucco, coatings, and related restoration work throughout the Tampa Bay area. Much of our work takes place on occupied multifamily and condominium properties. That means the work requires more than knowing how to use a grinder or mix repair material. You need to understand the repair, protect the property, work cleanly, communicate when conditions change, document what matters, and think ahead. At Coastal Built, we call that being an Operator . An Operator doesn't wait to be chased from task to task. He understands what needs to happen, takes responsibility for his part of the work, prepares for the next operation, and protects the outcome of the job. Skill matters. Judgment matters more.

We are willing to pay for experience.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
Please understand what we are hiring for. Do not apply if you have no professional concrete or restoration experience and are looking for an opportunity to learn the trade from the beginning. We respect people who want to learn. That simply isn't the position we are filling right now. We are looking for experienced people who can walk onto a restoration project with an existing foundation of field knowledge and become productive members of the crew. When applying, briefly describe: How many years of applicable concrete/restoration experience you have. The types of restoration work you have personally performed. The tools and equipment you are comfortable operating. Any experience you have with concrete repair, waterproofing, coatings, sealants, stucco, reinforcing steel, or structural restoration. Whether you have reliable transportation. If your application does not clearly show applicable restoration/concrete experience, it may not be considered.
THE STANDARD
Coastal Built works on structures where the conditions in the field do not always match what was expected on paper. Repairs grow. Access changes. Weather moves in. Hidden deterioration gets exposed. We need people who can operate responsibly when that happens. Known defects aren't concealed. Safety isn't traded for speed. Documentation is part of the work. Cleanup is part of the work. Changed conditions are communicated early. Client property is treated with respect. If that sounds like the way you already work, we'd like to hear from you.
