Yes No Job Summary The primary responsibility of the Concrete Production Lead is adhering to prescribed protocols for producing concrete pads and products in alignment with production requirements and timetables. This role encompasses the operation of pertinent machinery, tools, and equipment to execute standard and intricate production duties in a secure and regulatory-compliant manner. Vigilance is maintained over product quality to detect, reject, or reprocess defective items. Additionally, the Lead provides coaching and guidance to operators while upholding safety standards and workplace cleanliness across all operational zones. Essential Duties Monitors and provides guidance to Concrete Operators on the production line. Assigns duties to team members to accomplish daily goals and monitors team's progress to daily goals. Collaborates with supervisor on team performance, Updates daily metrics and production line cadence. Gathers and stages necessary materials for the production line daily. Operates the forklift as needed. Maintains and adjusts equipment in accordance with manufacturing specifications. Acts as a backup for the supervisor during their absence. Conducts monthly inventory cycle counts of raw materials. Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area, ensuring no safety hazards exist. Performs the responsibilities of Concrete Operator I, II, and III tasks when necessary. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Educational Requirements Required High School Diploma/GED or 3 additional years of manufacturing experience in lieu of education 5- 7 years of experience at all 3 levels of Concrete Operator at Diversitech and/or related experience at manufacturing facility Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment.
