Physical Therapist (Full-Time / Per Diem South Campus In-House Subacute Rehabilitation, Leesburg, FL $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-time Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at South Campus In-House Subacute Rehabilitation in Leesburg, FL. Key Responsibilities Assessments :
Perform physical evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Treatment Delivery :
Implement hands-on therapy including exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy.
Collaboration:
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Progress Monitoring:
Track and adjust treatment plans based on patient outcomes.
Patient Education:
Teach patients and caregivers strategies for improved mobility and daily function.
Documentation:
Keep accurate, up-to-date records as per regulations.
Qualifications Education :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
Licensure :
Current Physical Therapy license in Florida.
Experience:
Preferred in subacute or similar settings but open to new graduates.
Skills:
Strong communication, time management, and treatment adaptation skills.
