This role involves assigning tasks, monitoring workmanship, coordinating materials and equipment, and communicating progress and challenges to the Superintendent and project management team. The ideal candidate is a dependable, hands-on leader with strong construction knowledge, clear communication skills, and the ability to read plans and resolve day-to-day field issues. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, holds crews accountable, and consistently prioritizes safety, quality, and meeting project schedules. Duties Supervise crews and assign daily tasks. Coordinate work with the Superintendent and project team. Read and follow construction plans and specifications. Monitor workmanship, productivity, and progress. Help coordinate materials, tools, and equipment. Enforce job site safety procedures and maintain an organized work area. Report daily activities, manpower, delays, and concerns. Identify field issues and communicate solutions to management. Skills Previous experience as a construction foreman or crew leader. Strong knowledge of construction methods and job site safety. Ability to read blueprints and organize work efficiently. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform field duties, with reasonable accommodation as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
