Construction Labor - painting, stucco, concrete - Miami Beach Percival Capital Group Miami Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $170 a day 4 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Restoration Plastering Materials handling Demolition Full Job Description We are looking for reliable and hardworking construction laborers for ongoing projects in Miami Beach. The position will primarily involve painting, stucco, and concrete restoration work .

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting Sanding, scraping, patching, and painting Assist with stucco installation and repairs Assist with concrete demolition, preparation, and repairs Mix and transport construction materials Use basic hand and power tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow supervisor instructions and jobsite safety requirements

Requirements:

Previous construction experience preferred Experience with painting, stucco, or concrete is a plus Ability to use basic construction tools Reliable, punctual, and willing to work Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors Reliable transportation to Miami Beach Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Pay:

$170.00 per day
