This role is vital in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of lightweight concrete applications on various construction sites. As a key leader on the team, you will manage crews, monitor safety compliance, and ensure quality standards are met while adhering to project schedules and budgets. Your expertise will help drive project efficiency, safety, and excellence from start to finish. Duties Supervise daily operations on construction sites, managing lightweight concrete application processes and ensuring adherence to project specifications. Coordinate with project managers to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules. Review construction drawings and technical specifications to interpret design intent and facilitate accurate implementation of lightweight concrete work. Manage and oversee crews, providing clear direction, training, and supervision to ensure safety protocols are followed in compliance with OSHA and federal safety regulations. Monitor quality control measures, conducting inspections to verify material integrity and adherence to standards. Skills Extensive experience in construction management with a focus on commercial projects involving lightweight concrete applications. Strong knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements for construction sites. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and reviewing construction documents for accuracy. Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards and quality control. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with the crew and clients.
