Job Description
: CSI Geo, Inc. is a Florida-based engineering consulting firm with a decades-long track record of delivering high-quality geotechnical and construction materials testing services. We are currently hiring multiple Construction Materials Testing Technicians to support a high-profile, multi-year earthwork construction project in Palm Beach County. This is a long-term opportunity for motivated professionals seeking stability, growth, and hands-on experience in both field and laboratory environments. Position Overview This role involves a combination of field and laboratory testing across two locations, with rotating shifts. Work will be performed onsite in South Bay and at our materials testing laboratory in Wellington. Day and night shifts will be required as the project progresses. Key Responsibilities Perform field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregates, rock, concrete, soil-cement, and asphalt materials Conduct testing in accordance with ASTM and ACI standards Classify soils using the Unified Soil Classification System (USCS) Accurately record and input test data and results Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in construction materials testing or a related field Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Physically capable of: Lifting up to 50 lbs Walking on uneven terrain Standing for extended periods Certifications The following certifications are required and must be obtained within 6-12 months of hire (company-paid training provided): ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician
