We take pride in delivering high-quality flatwork, for residential and commercial clients. We're looking for an experienced Crew Foreman to help lead our team and keep projects running smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Crew Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations on job sites. This role is responsible for directing crew members, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and communicating with project managers and clients to keep jobs on time and on budget. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of concrete laborers and finishers on job sites Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and site plans Oversee rip out, form setting, rebar/mesh placement, pouring, finishing, and curing Ensure all work meets quality standards and local building codes Manage daily job site logistics, including material and equipment needs Enforce jobsite safety protocols and OSHA compliance Train and mentor less experienced crew members Communicate progress, delays, and issues to management and clients Maintain accurate daily job logs, time tracking, and material usage records Operate and/or oversee use of concrete equipment (mixers, power trowels, saws, etc.) Requirements 3+ years of hands-on concrete construction experience, including flatwork, or foundations Prior experience leading or supervising a crew Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and industry best practices Ability to read blueprints and job specifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate hand and power tools common to the concrete trade Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to our office in Palm Harbor Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or 30 certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods Comfortable working in outdoor conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off
