Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking, motivated, and dependable individuals to support concrete and masonry crews on various job sites. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, is physically fit, and understands the importance of working safely and efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist masons and concrete finishers with daily tasks Prepare job sites by setting up tools, materials, and equipment Mix, pour, and spread concrete Load and unload materials (e.g., blocks, cement, rebar) Clean and maintain work areas and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools
Qualifications:
Previous construction experience preferred (concrete or masonry a plus) Ability to lift 50-80 lbs consistently Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong work ethic Reliable transportation to and from job sites Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
