We are working with a family owned business hiring for a reliable, motivated Pump Operator - Class B CDL to join our team. In this role, you will operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps and boom pumps, assist with equipment maintenance and work closely with job-site crews to ensure efficient and safe concrete placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps safely and efficiently at construction job sites Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance and basic mechanical support on equipment Troubleshoot and report equipment issues to minimize downtime Work closely with team members, supervisors and site personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion Follow all safety standards, industry regulations and job-site requirements Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including extended hours for large pours or major projects

Required Qualifications:

Valid U.S. driver's license with a current Class B CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Clean driving record Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of machinery Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding work Strong work ethic, reliability and self-motivation Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team Reliable transportation
