Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Concrete Coating Technician with hands-on experience in concrete coatings, epoxy flooring, or similar trades. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and knows what it takes to prep and finish concrete surfaces to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
Perform concrete surface prep, including grinding, patching, and crack repair Apply concrete coating systems, including flake, sealants, and polyaspartic finishes Operate hand tools and equipment such as grinders, vacuums, and sprayers Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and appearance standards Maintain clean, organized job sites Communicate clearly with team members and clients Troubleshoot and problem-solve on job sites as needed Assist with other duties to support the team and projects
Qualifications:
✅ Prior experience with concrete coatings, epoxy floors, painting, construction, or flooring required ✅ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work ✅ Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate with the team ✅ Comfortable with physically demanding work — lifting, bending, standing for extended periods ✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ✅ Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional appearance
