EXPERIENCED CONCRETE FINISHERS & LABORERS WANTED

We are hiring experienced Concrete Finishers and Concrete Laborers. We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in quality work and know how to work safely as part of a crew.

Concrete Finishers:

$23

•25/hr

•Experienced Finishers Wanted Top pay for highly skilled finishers who can work independently and produce quality concrete work.

Concrete Laborers:

$18

•23/hr

•Pay Based on Experience & Skills Higher pay available for laborers with a clean driving record who can safely drive a crew cab and tow a trailer with equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Concrete Finishers Grade, form, set elevations, and prepare concrete areas Install rebar, wire mesh, and expansion joints Place, spread, screed, and finish concrete Operate trowels, screeds, vibrators, and other equipment Finish sidewalks, slabs, curbs, ADA ramps, and other concrete work Perform broom finishing, saw cutting, curing, and sealing Concrete Laborers Assist with concrete preparation, forming, placement, and finishing Use shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, hand tools, and other equipment Assist with rebar, wire mesh, expansion joints, and forms Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Assist the crew with equipment, materials, and general site work

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous concrete experience required Reliable and ready to work Able to lift 75-100 lbs. and perform physically demanding work Able to bend, kneel, squat, push, pull, and work on your feet for extended periods Able to follow instructions and work well with a crew Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow all company safety and PPE requirements Clean driving record and crew-cab/trailer experience is a plus Overtime, nights, weekends, and out-of-town work may be required.
