About the Position We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Epoxy Coating & Concrete Polishing Installer to join our team. This position involves installing high-quality epoxy flooring systems, concrete coatings, and polished concrete finishes in commercial, industrial, and residential environments. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of proper surface preparation, and is committed to producing clean, professional results. Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces for coatings and polishing through grinding, shot blasting, scraping, and other preparation methods Install epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and other concrete coating systems Perform concrete grinding, honing, and polishing Repair cracks, joints, spalls, and other concrete imperfections Mix and apply coating materials according to manufacturer specifications Broadcast decorative aggregates, flakes, quartz, and other flooring materials Apply primers, base coats, topcoats, and sealers Operate floor grinders, polishers, HEPA vacuums, shot blasters, and other jobsite equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow project specifications and quality-control standards Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Load, unload, and properly maintain tools, equipment, and materials Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and other crew members Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements Qualifications (Preferred but not required) Previous experience with epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, concrete polishing, or related construction work preferred Experience operating concrete grinders and polishing equipment is a plus Ability to properly prepare concrete surfaces and identify surface conditions Ability to read and follow product instructions and job specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Willingness to work nights, weekends, or extended hours when required by projects Valid driver's license preferred Join our team today if you're eager to build your career in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship meets innovation! Pay:
