Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced NCC National Concrete and Construction concrete foreman concrete superintendent concrete framers concrete labors Duties Interpret and review construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to guide project execution Lead and coordinate concrete pouring, masonry, carpentry tasks with precision Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate site work and material installation Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Oversee subcontractors and team members during outdoor work, remodeling projects Utilize software for digital plan review, markup, and project documentation Maintain adherence to safety protocols on-site while managing multiple construction activities efficiently Interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately for onsite implementation Ensure quality control during the installation of building materials such as masonry Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in concrete work and building projects Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery used in construction sites Familiarity with software or similar digital markup tools i Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and heavy equipment operation Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into actionable onsite tasks Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt quickly to changing project needs Demonstrated ability to work effectively in outdoor conditions across various weather scenariosJoin us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier construction projects!
