About the Role We are looking for a well-rounded, team player, and cool-headed Concrete & Masonry Superintendent to lead field operations. You will manage safety, scheduling, quality control, and on-site teams across multiple projects. Travel out of town is required

Key Responsibilities Field Leadership:
Supervise all on-site concrete (pouring, forming, finishing) and masonry (block, brick, stone).
Scheduling:
Coordinate daily/weekly crew schedules, equipment, and material deliveries.
Daily Expectations:
Ask crew leads what they need and prepare the next task for the crew on the jobsite each day.
Quality Control:
Ensure work meets specs, drawings, and industry standards.
Safety Enforcement:
Lead daily safety huddles; enforce OSHA and company policies.
Subcontractor Coordination:
Direct carpenters, finishers, laborers, and masons; resolve daily field issues.
Documentation:
Maintain daily logs, progress photos, and time/material tracking using Procore .
Travel:
Travel out of town for projects as needed (expenses paid
  • lodging, meals, mileage/per diem).
Requirements Experience:
5+ years in concrete and masonry field supervision or lead foreman role.
Procore:
Procore usage is a must (daily logs, RFIs, submittals, inspections).
Technical Knowledge:
Formwork, rebar, pours, curing, block/brick layouts, mortar mixes, anchoring details.
Blueprint Reading:
Structural/architectural drawings and masonry shop drawings.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead crews of 5-15+. Problem-solving & customer service: Demonstrated track record. Bilingual (English/Spanish): A plus but not necessary .
Other:
Valid driver's license; ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs.
