Job Description
Conduct pre operational inspection Mixer, Transporting systems, and Conveyer system on a daily basis. Through out day check mixer for build-up. Turn water on to begin batching process (turn boiler on in winter weather) Pre Op and start up loader and PLC to set up for batching Start up and Shut down Concrete batching systems Use Computer to Batch concrete as required for production needs. Manage, Control and Replenish Raw Material inventory as necessary. Fill mixer with raw materials as needed using front end loader. Work as part of a team Actively participate in companies "6S", "Lean" and Safety programs.
