Duties Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, durable surfaces that meet project specifications. Support rebar installation and formwork construction to reinforce concrete structures securely. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to prepare work areas and execute tasks efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements and ensure accurate execution. Perform concrete cutting, demolition, and surface preparation for renovation or new construction projects. Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for yourself and team members. Support other trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or plastering as needed on various construction projects. Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related labor roles is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and construction techniques. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing techniques, and the use of power tools is a plus. Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment may be advantageous but not required.
