Job Description

Labor Finders is hiring a Concrete Casting Laborer for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Hiawatha. This day shift position runs Monday through Friday and involves cleaning concrete molds, assisting with concrete casting, and performing labor-intensive work in a fast-paced environment. Previous concrete or construction experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and follow directions is essential. Responsibilities Clean and prepare concrete molds. Assist with concrete casting operations. Perform general labor duties as assigned. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Follow instructions and production procedures. Requirements Some concrete or construction experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work. Willingness to learn and follow directions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and dependable attendance. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
