The ideal candidate will have a background in basic construction industry, and basic knowledge of power tools. Must have good work history. Concrete coatings, and grinding and polishing experience a plus. Duties Possess a moderate understanding of concrete and how diamond tooling works on various types of concrete. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas. Measure and mix epoxy coatings, cement coatings and sealers according to project specifications. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing polished concrete, epoxy coatings and sealed surfaces. Operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment used in polished concrete and epoxy applications. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work enviroment. Communicate effectively with team members, managers and clients. Follow instructions from Lead and other Supervisors.
