Mr. Mudd Concrete is looking for a dependable, hardworking Concrete Grinder / Surface Prep Technician to join our team. This position plays an important role in preparing concrete surfaces for repairs, coatings, and Vuba Stone installations. What You'll Do Grind and prepare concrete surfaces for installation and repair Operate concrete grinders and other surface-preparation equipment Remove coatings, imperfections, and uneven areas from concrete Assist crews with jobsite setup, cleanup, and preparation Maintain tools and equipment Follow jobsite and equipment safety procedures Work efficiently alongside our installation and repair crews What We're Looking For Reliable and able to show up ready to work Comfortable performing physically demanding work Able to lift 50+ lbs Willing to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a crew Concrete, construction, grinding, or equipment experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred What We Offer $20-$22/hour Full-time hours Hands-on training Opportunity to learn specialized concrete and surface-preparation skills Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company A team environment built around our People Over Profits philosophy At Mr. Mudd, our goal is to redefine the concrete contracting industry by taking care of our customers and our people.
