Job:

We are in need of an experienced Concrete Laborer. The candidate will be responsible for performing physical labor for a number of different tasks such as accurately setting forms, ensuring they have the correct depth and pitch, as well as finishing. Job responsibilities will also include using concrete pump, concrete skip or wheelbarrow. Will need to know how to edge, broom and stamp finishes as needed. Also looking for candidates who are willing to step into lead positions if they can master the art of leading others by providing positive work environments with a good attitude, being a team player and knowledge sharing with others to produce a productive and efficient jobsite. Upon quarterly reviews, possible title changes and pay increases will be discussed. Job sites range anywhere from Boise to Vale Oregon and up to the McCall area. Northern Idaho jobs will be reimbursable for travel. Random drug testing will be required. Lots of opportunity for growth!

Responsibilities:

Perform physical tasks associated with building construction projects. Perform basic math operations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers. Each job will vary. Having good concrete and construction knowledge is required. Must pass drug test to start and pass continued random drug testing.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of concrete labor experience. Knows necessary codes in Idaho. Oregon code would be nice but not required. Ability to and willingness to learn even with having a good foundation of knowledge Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (100 lbs. or more). Ability to climb ladders and work on unstable surfaces. Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold). Ability to work in windy conditions. Ability to work in bright sunshine. Ability to work long periods of standing and walking. Ability to operate various hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers. Meticulous attention to detail. Pay will depend on experience.
