Job Summary We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborer with intermediate experience to join our growing team. We believe skills can be taught, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are what truly set someone apart. Responsibilities Assist with all phases of concrete work, including site preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow directions while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects safely and on schedule. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Adapt to changing job site conditions and project needs. Qualifications Intermediate experience in concrete construction preferred. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn, grow, and continually improve your skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Coachable—able to receive constructive feedback and apply it quickly in a fast-paced job site environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions. Compensation The listed pay range is provided as a general guideline and does not determine the actual starting wage . Starting pay is based on several factors, including relevant experience, skill level, work ethic, and overall qualifications. Performance reviews are conducted after the first 90 days of employment , and wage increases are strongly considered based on job performance, attitude, initiative, and the ability to learn and contribute to the team.
