Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews on residential, agricultural, and small commercial projects Coordinate daily tasks, assign duties, and maintain efficient workflow Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Oversee forming, pouring, finishing, curing, and site cleanup Operate and direct the use of equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and power tools Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with company and OSHA standards Communicate clearly with owners, contractors, and team members Verify measurements, grades, and layout accuracy before pours Troubleshoot issues and make decisions that keep projects on schedule Maintain high‑quality workmanship and uphold Baseden Concrete's reputation for clean, professional results Qualifications 3+ years of concrete or construction experience; foreman or lead role preferred Strong knowledge of forming systems, finishing techniques, and site preparation Ability to lead crews with professionalism, accountability, and clear communication Ability to lift 50-80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Heavy equipment experience is a plus Assessment Requirement To be considered for employment or an interview, all applicants must complete the required pre‑hire assessment .
