What You'll Do:

Setting forms accurately to grade Placing and shaping expansion joints and edges Operating hand trowels, floats, edgers, jointers, and straightedges Applying hardening and sealing products for proper curing Working as part of a fast‑moving crew on commercial and residential jobs

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a concrete finisher or similar role Your own basic tools: tool belt, hammer, tape measure, and mud boots Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Job Locations Primarily based in the Allen County / Fort Wayne area, with occasional travel to other locations.
