We are looking to replace a key member of our team and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands concrete construction, and can be counted on to get the job done right. This is not an entry-level laborer position . We are looking for someone with hands-on experience who can step onto a crew and be productive. What You'll Do Perform concrete finishing on residential and commercial projects Set and work with forms and understand proper layout Place, screed, float, edge and finish concrete Perform broom, decorative, exposed aggregate and other specialty finishes Assist with preparation, demolition and forming as needed Operate construction equipment when qualified Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Work as part of a small crew and contribute wherever needed Take responsibility for producing quality work

What We're Looking For Required:

Previous hands-on concrete finishing experience Strong understanding of concrete placement and finishing Experience with forming Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work Ability to work effectively as part of a crew

Strongly Preferred:
